All of Redavia’s deployed solar farms to date are creating a viable alternative to diesel generators. They provide a quick-to-deploy, competitive, utility-type service to their customers, and they help to achieve two important impact goals – energy access and CO2 displacement.

OPES Solutions

OPES Solutions is a technology, quality and market leader in the off-grid solar industry. The company focus is on design and production of solar modules, which are tailored to suit applications in the energy access and smart city markets. Flexible design, high durability and an outstanding price/performance ratio are achieved by innovative manufacturing processes implemented in the OPES plant in Changzhou, China. The research and development partners of OPES Solutions include the Fraunhofer Center for Silicon Photovoltaics. Business & Product development are based in Berlin, Germany.

BioLite

BioLite is an Energy Company that develops and manufactures breakthrough technologies to cook, charge, and light life beyond the grid. Their market-based approach to energy access empowers people to power themselves. They reach their customers through a robust and growing network of last-mile distribution partners who both market and offer consumer- financing to their end consumers. Over the past seven years, the team has grown to over 80 employees working across their New York and Nairobi offices. Between their emerging and recreation markets, BioLite has sold over 1,000,000 products to people in 100 counties, generating $85 million in cumulative revenue and offsetting 250,000 tons of CO2.

InspiraFarms

InspiraFarms manufactures and provides energy-efficient cold rooms; packhouses and automated ripening chambers; client-centered technical support; and asset finance to agricultural businesses in Sub Saharan Africa and Latin America. These technologies are targeted at reducing post-harvest losses that – without adequate refrigeration – are estimated at up to 50% of total agricultural output for horticultural produce in emerging markets.
